Persona Global Buyer Map

Yessenia Chero | Persona Global | October 2026

As of 17 Oct 2026

Your site describes a consultancy that publishes and distributes workshops, assessments and business simulations, and that works through a network of certified trainers and Organizational Development consultants.

This page covers both sides of that model: the corporate teams that buy programs like yours, and the consulting and training firms that could deliver them as partners. It sorts each group by type and size and names who usually signs off at each.

Where your buyers and partners sit

Counts are organizations, banded on purpose. The partner groups have clean public counts; the corporate buyer groups sit across every industry, so they say so instead.

Who usually signs off on a program

Titles vary by company size. In a mid-market company one HR leader often holds two of these roles.

Buyer groupWho signs offWho shapes the choice

Who usually signs off on a partnership

Partner firms are often small, so the person who signs is usually the person who delivers.

What each side is usually looking for

HR and learning leaders usually buy a program to close a named gap, such as managers newly promoted from individual roles or teams that need to work together across functions. They look for something ready to run, adapted to their people, and backed by an assessment that shows the change.

Sales leaders buy communication, negotiation and account programs when deals stall or new hires ramp slowly. The VP of Sales owns the budget, and the sales enablement manager usually runs the search.

Training and consulting firms add a licensed program when their clients ask for something they do not have in house. A certification lets them deliver it to their own clients, which matches the certified network your site describes.

The groups without a clean public count

Companies with their own HR and learning teams sit in every industry, from health care and finance to manufacturing and software. The public industry codes count companies by what they sell, not by whether they run a learning team, so there is no clean public count for this group.

Companies that run their own sales teams are spread the same way, so this page names who signs for a program by role instead of counting them.

Where to start

New certified partners among independent training firms

Your site describes a licensing network of certified trainers and consultants and invites firms to join it. Independent training firms and HR consultancies that want a ready program for their own clients are the natural next partners, and at a firm that size the founder usually decides.

Sales programs for sales leaders

Your site lists a sales and sales management series and a sales simulation. A short note to VPs of Sales at companies with large sales teams, tied to one named program, reaches the person who owns the budget.

Leadership and new manager programs for learning leaders

Your site lists a transition to management program, leadership workshops and a set of assessments. Directors of learning and development often plan programs for new managers, and an assessment first offer gives them a way to show the change.

Built from public federal registries and the company's own website, counts banded deliberately.
